Skirt

I started the skirt, I am going to make about 10 panels for the skirt to make it full. I knitted forms in black, gunmetal, and eggplant and am needle felting on top with a white roving

Done with the top, just need to find an amazing ribbon for the corset!

For the skirt I am going to make knit forms to felt on top of them and layer the structures into a full A-line skirt for the dress

Then I figured out the pattern, I knew I wanted certain measurements in certain places in the bodice so I used the gauge of the yarn to increase and decrease to certain points. Here is my pattern layout and the end product.

For this design I wanted to create a dress that was elegant but still edgy to harden what we would call craft art. I am using a combination of knitting, crocheting, and felting for this piece. I was inspired by the new Alice in Wonderland. Here is the sketch: I
